Atmosphere
Nourish sits right by the water in Big Creek on Isla Colón, a short way out of Bocas Town. It is a brunch spot rather than an all-day restaurant: the kitchen opens in the morning and closes in the mid-afternoon, so a visit here starts with coffee and runs into a late brunch.
What to Expect
The menu is built on Lebanese-Panamanian recipes, and all of it is free of gluten, dairy, refined sugar and seed oils. If you avoid gluten or dairy, you can order here without checking every ingredient. The coffee is specialty coffee from Boquete, and the team says it buys from local farmers first.

Good to Know
Open Tuesday to Sunday, 7:30am to 3pm, and closed on Mondays. No reservations needed. You can pay with cash, card or Yappy.
