Viancka sets up a handful of tables in her own front yard, right next to the park — no sign on the street, you just have to know it's there. She used to compete as a surfer before she started cooking, and her two dogs, Mambo and Emelda, tend to make the rounds between tables while people wait for their food.
What's on offer depends on what came in that morning — mixed ceviche, whole snapper, fish tacos, or arroz con coco (coconut rice) are the regulars. The homemade lemonade is worth ordering on its own. Plates run smaller than a full dinner portion, so order two or three dishes between a couple of people rather than one each.
Cash only, and hours are informal — it's worth the occasional wait. Better for smaller groups; larger parties can be tricky with the cash-only setup.
